1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Chatopia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Chatopia platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered through chatopia.app or related domains.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chatopia. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use Chatopia with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information.

3. NFT Character Ownership

When you mint an AI character on Chatopia, you own the NFT representing that character. Ownership of the NFT gives you the right to:

• •Control the character's development through training and breeding
• •Sell, trade, or transfer the character
• •Receive revenue generated when users interact with your character
• •Make changes to the character's attributes and behavior

However, Chatopia retains the right to moderate character content and interactions to prevent abuse and maintain platform standards.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create, train, or breed characters that:

• •Promote or encourage illegal activities
• •Contain hate speech or discriminatory content
• •Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• •Contain sexually explicit content, especially involving minors
• •Promote violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• •Are designed to spread misinformation or scam users

We reserve the right to remove characters that violate these guidelines and, in severe cases, restrict account access.

5. Token Usage and Economics

The CHATOPIA token is used within our ecosystem for various functions, including character minting, training, breeding, and marketplace transactions.

Token values may fluctuate based on market conditions. We don't guarantee any specific value for CHATOPIA tokens or NFT characters. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

Platform fees may apply to transactions, including marketplace sales (percentage-based commission), breeding operations, and training activities. These fees help maintain the platform and may change with notice to users.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet. We can't recover lost wallet credentials or private keys.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chatopia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the platform.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Chatopia, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of profits or revenue
• •Loss of data or cryptocurrencies
• •Damage caused by service interruptions
• •Damages from transactions or smart contract interactions
• •Content generated by AI characters

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the effective date.

Continued use of Chatopia after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
